WHICH LEARNER WILL YOU BE TODAY?
Recently we were introduced to two new members of our school. Supersonic and Hoomph had travelled a long way to join us and had a very important message.
These alien friends of ours have come to help us become better learners. By remembering their important key words we try everyday to ensure that we are ready to challenge ourselves. With these words in mind we know that failure is not always a bad thing but a stepping stone on our learning journey and that FAIL really means First Attempt In Learning.
Their words were : PERSERVERANCE, DETERMINATION, and RESILIENCE.
Supersonic told us we musn't give up and that we need challenge in our lives so we can learn new skills. We must always be ready to "GIVE IT A GO!" as he says.
"Don't tell us the sky is the limit when there are footprints on the moon."
Hoomph says "LISTEN TO SUPERSONIC AND YOU WILL GET THERE!"
HOOMPH - we try very hard not be like Hoomph when we learn.
Supersonic says "GIVE IT A GO AND DON'T GIVE UP!"
SUPERSONIC - we try everyday to be like Supersonic and not to give up.
